Royce+Reign cookies are available for shipping within the U.S. Local delivery is currently available in Chicago for event and bulk orders.

Cookies ship Monday through Wednesday. Orders placed Sunday through Wednesday by noon CST ship that same week, while orders placed Thursday through Saturday ship the following week.

Because cookies are perishable food items, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order, please email us with your order number and photos of the damaged product and packaging. We’ll review the issue and help make it right when appropriate.

Royce+Reign cookies have a 30-day shelf life. Cookies can also be frozen to extend freshness and thawed for 2–3 hours before enjoying.

Yes. For event, corporate gifting, or bulk orders and pricing, please submit an inquiry with your date, quantity, delivery location, and any relevant details. Our minimum special order quantity is 50 cookies.

Event orders must be finalized and paid at least 7 days in advance. More notice is always better, especially for larger orders.
